I’ve had the delight of getting to connect with many clients at Acorn Wellness as I sit behind the desk. One of the things that I love about our growing community is people’s commitment to be healthy, to take care of themselves, and it seems people walk out a little softer than they came in. When I discovered Colleen Millen’s yoga classes I thought many of you might love them as much as I do!
As a yoga teacher myself I look for teachers who have body wisdom as well as emotional intelligence. So much of our body’s tension patterns are expressions of our emotional state and thought patterns. Colleen Millen is a Forrest Yoga teacher and a marriage and family therapy intern specializing in somatic psychology who works primarily with children aged 5 to 15 and their families.
