Zoe Burton loves practicing massage as a way to heal pain, prevent injuries, support integration, and create well-being. Zoe draws on a blend of advanced deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage. She has worked in a chiropractic setting since 2013, and loves working with athletes, adults of any age, pregnant women, and office workers.
Zoe’s work is supported by over 900 hours of education at the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork and at the National Holistic Institute’s Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program in Emeryville. A lifelong learner, Zoe is constantly learning more about the body, mind, and spirit, and supports clients as a fellow traveler on the path to better self-care, healing, and thriving in the body.
Zoe spends her free time hiking, camping, biking, cooking, and dancing. She has a daily meditation practice which supports clarity and intuition in her bodywork. Zoe wants to meet you wherever you are at and support you to get the massage you want.
