Getting Started

The way to begin your journey is by calling our office at (510) 452-2929 to schedule your initial appointment. Our front desk staff would be happy to help you book your first appointment and answer any questions you may have.

We ask everyone to arrive to their first appointment 10-min early in order to fill out Intake Forms and to be relaxed before your session.

For returning patients, you can now book online through MindBody using the green button above.  Be sure to use the same email address you gave us to connect with your existing account. 


You can also use the MindBody app to keep track of your appointments and schedule. 







If you are scheduling a chiropractic appointment, we recommend you dress as though you’re attending a yoga class; comfortable and stretchy.

If your issue involves your neck, we recommend an open-necked shirt or tank-top. If your complaint involves your shoulder, a loose, short-sleeved shirt or tank-top are best. If you have pain anywhere from your low back to your knees, please wear shorts, leggings or sweat pants. Denim, on the other hand, is the most difficult material to work through. Some of our patients choose to bring a change of clothes.


Parking in our neighborhood can be difficult to find, so please be sure to leave extra time to find a spot.

(1) The most common option is metered street parking, so we recommend bringing quarters. Our block features a kiosk that takes credit cards and prints receipts to display in your window, which can also be used at any metered space, working or not.

(2) There is also free, residential parking for up to 2 hours on 28th St, which is a long block and a half down Summit from us. Additional free parking is on 29th St on the other side of Telegraph Ave. Keep an eye out for monthly street cleaning restrictions.

(3) There are two parking structures close to us that charge $2 every 20 minutes. One is on Summit St between 30th and Hawthorne (about a block away) and the other is around the corner on 29th St. These are associated with Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. Do not be deterred by the “For Patients Only” signs.

Driving Directions:

Summit Street runs in between, and parallel to, Telegraph and Broadway Auto Row. We’re located between 29th and 30th in the neighborhood called Pill Hill and our suite, 103, is the first door on the right as you walk into the building.

From 24 West:
Exit West Grand Ave./27th St.,
Left onto 27th St.,Left onto Telegraph Ave.,
Right onto 30th St.,
Left onto Summit Street.

From 580 West:
Exit MacArthur/Harrisongo straight on MacArthur Blvd.,  Left onto Broadway Ave., go 3 blocks
Right on 30th St.,
Left onto Summit Street.

From 580 East:
Exit on Broadway/Webster Street, take the Webster exit,
Left at the stop sign onto Webster, go 2 blocks
Right at 30th St.,
Left onto Summit Street.

From 880 North:
Exit Broadway Ave., turn right onto Broadway Ave.,
Right at 30th St.,
Left onto Summit Street. From 80 South:
Merge to 580 East, use the 580 East directions.

Public Transportation:


There are 2 free shuttles running from the MacArthur Bart station, each running at 15 minute intervals, from 4:30 am – 9 pm. There are many shuttles that run from the MacArthur Bart station, so be sure to take the Alta Bates Summit Medical Center shuttles labeled either 3 or 4.

AC Transit:

Line 1, which travels from Berkeley BART to Bay Fair BART via Telegraph Ave, International Blvd, and E 14th St, stops on Telegraph between 29th and 30th.Line 51A, which travles from Rockridge BART to Fruitvale BART via College Ave, Broadway (Oakland), Webster St., Santa Clara Ave, and Broadway (Alameda), stops on Broadway between 29th and 30th.


Google maps is a great resource for finding bike routes. We are proud to say that we have a bike rack directly in front of our building.
