She recently created the Peaceful Thoughts Journal for the Working Woman. This journal offers a simplified way to reflect on your day, your wellbeing, and your self-care. The journal contains prompts that serve as perfect tools for regular, manageable check-in’s with yourself. The blank, non-prompted writing space allows for deeper reflections as they arise.
