Reminder, Late & Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, it is your responsibility to keep it. We will make every attempt to remind you via email or text, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a reminder. Our office runs on time. If you are late for your appointment you may miss that portion of your appointment in order for us to start on time for the next patient.
Payment Policy
All charges are to be paid in full at the time of service. If you intend to make other arrangements, please advise the doctor before your service is rendered so that those arrangements can be made.
